Compact lifts

Compact lifts have platforms or forks adjustable to variable heights which can be of assistance in industry when independently installing ceilings, lighting, or items such as wall units or shelving. They can also be designed to lift product rolls or tubs of varying sizes and weights specific to industry requirements. The lifting surface is typically powered by batteries, hydraulic foot pumps or hand cranks.  The lifting surface either holds the object, such as a section of ceiling, whilst the individual is able to fix or repair as required without supporting the weight; or the lift holds the object as it is moved from one area to another.

Workplace solutions and adjustments

Compact lifts may help people who experience lifting or carrying restrictions as it can reduce or eliminate the need to lift and sustain weight such as for overhead tasks. They can also be used to transfer stock from one area to another, such as rolls of material, eliminating the need to handle the object as would be required if the product was lifted on and off a trolley.
