Keyboard trays—articulating

 
Articulating or adjustable keyboard trays are an ergonomic computer accessory that can help improve the ergonomics of a computer workstation in some circumstances.

Workplace solutions and adjustments

A keyboard tray may be needed in the workplace if the work surface or chair cannot be properly adjusted, or where standard desk access is not possible due to a particular disability. When considering a keyboard tray ideally it should

  • be adjustable in height and tilt
  • provide adequate leg and knee clearance
  • have adequate space for multiple input devices such as a keyboard and mouse
  • allow access to other desk items, such as the telephone, without over reaching
