Signature guides

A signature guide is a credit card sized piece of plastic with a cut out for writing a signature. The guide is placed over the paper, with the cut out positioned where a signature is required. This provides both physical guidance and a boundary in which to sign. The guides generally come in dark colours which provide a contrast to the paper underneath and can be easily carried in a wallet or purse.

Workplace solutions and adjustments

Signing documents and paperwork is regularly required in some workplaces and also for independence in daily living. For people who are vision impaired and have difficulty seeing the page, or those with a movement impairment in which they have difficulty writing in a restricted area, signature guides can assist in ensuring a signature is signed in the correct spot and appears neat and professional.
