Get it Right—a recruitment kit for managers

The Australian Public Service Commission has developed the Get it Right tool kit to assist line managers in the Australian Public Service to achieve quality recruitment and selection decisions. Get it Right explores recruitment within the Australian Public Service legal framework, seeks to increase awareness of effective recruitment techniques, dispels many recruitment and selection 'urban myths' and highlights three key principles for effective recruitment—define, attract, select. Ability at work—Tapping the talent of people with disability

The Ability at Work: Tapping the talent of people with disability good practice guide is available to assist Australian Public Service managers with their understanding of disability in the workplace.
