Free workplace assessments and modifications

Did you know there is help available to pay for the cost of workplace adjustments and modifications for eligible employees with disability?  The Employment Assistance Fund aims to make accommodating employees with disability in the workplace easier.

Free Auslan services

The Employment Assistance Fund provides assistance to your employer with Auslan interpreting and training to support Deaf employees and their co-workers in the workplace.

Wage subsidies for your employer

Wage subsidies can assist your employer to cover the cost of paying wages in the early stages of employment of people with disability.

Wages based on your productivity

With the Supported Wage System eligible people with disability can access a reliable process of productivity-based wage assessment to determine fair pay for fair work.

Finding information on rates of pay

There are tools to help you in source information about weekly earnings and rates of pay for particular jobs.
