If you are a job seeker or worker with disability, you can expect a high level of service from your Job Services Australia provider.
The Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations monitors the way employment services are delivered and all Job Services Australia providers must meet the standards of service and behaviour set out in the Employment and Related Services Code of Practice and Service Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with the service you receive the following step by step guide can help you lodge a complaint.
Your step by step guide to making a complaint
Step 1
Try to sort out the problem by discussing it with your Job Services Australia provider. All Job Services Australia members must have in place a simple process to deal with the issues you raise with them. They are eager to make things right for you.
Step 2
If for some reason you cannot discuss the issue with your Job Services Australia provider, or you have tried and are still not satisfied, contact the Customer Service Line by phone on 1800 805 260 (free call) or by mail using the following form.
Please note: the link below takes you out of the JobAccess web site and opens a PDF (portable document format) form that may not be accessible for some assistive technology products. If you would like a hardcopy of this form, please contact the JobAccess Advisers on 1800 464 800.
Step 3
If you are not satisfied with the way your complaint has been dealt with you may make a further complaint to the Commonwealth Ombudsman’s Office. You can phone 1300 362 072 (local call charge) or find information, including an online complaint form, on the Ombudsman’s web site (see Related Links).
Reporting claims of abuse and neglect

They can be contacted by phone on 1800 880 052 (free call) or by telephone typewriter (TTY) on 1800 301 130 (free call).
