Job Services Australia


Job Services Australia providers can work with you to develop and implement a plan that addresses your particular needs until you are placed in a job. Job Services Australia providers assist people (including people with disability) who do not need ongoing support or rehabilitation to find or keep a job.

Job Services Australia providers have access to a pool of funds to purchase a wide range of supports to help eligible job seekers into work, including access to training opportunities and support to adapt to a new job for up to six months after employment placement.

Free help and support

The type and level of help provided by Job Services Australia providers varies depending on your circumstances, and can include Job Search Support or Intensive Support.

Job Capacity Account

Some job seekers will be eligible for assistance through the Job Capacity Account prior to their involvement with a Job Services Australia provider.  The Job Capacity Account is for short-term pre-vocational interventions to help certain job seekers become job ready. 

Job Services Australia Specialist Services

Some Job Services Australia providers provide specialist assistance to specific groups of job seekers, such as people with disability.
