What is mentoring?

Mentoring is a mutually beneficial relationship that involves a more experienced person helping a less experienced person achieve their goals.

Mentoring can increase:

  • self esteem and confidence for individual employees
  • the quality of professional relationships between employees
  • productivity for the business.
