As a service provider, you must provide support and assistance to job seekers and workers that is free of any form of unlawful discrimination and that complies with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.

  • by refusing to provide them with any of your services if they have been assessed as eligible for that assistance 
  • by the terms or conditions in which you offer to provide your services to the person
