As an Australian Government employment service provider you are expected to provide a high level of service to job seekers and workers with disability ensuring both quality and accountability.
The Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations monitors the way employment and related services are delivered and all employment service providers must meet the standards of service and behaviour which are set out in the relevant Code of Practice and Service Guarantees. Disability Employment Service providers must also comply with the Disability Service Standards.
