As an Australian Government employment service provider you are expected to provide a high level of service to job seekers and workers with disability.
You must conduct your employment services at or above the minimum standards set by your Service Guarantee. When assisting people with disability, ensure that the services you provide are individually tailored to a client’s circumstances and background as well as tailored to their needs and available job opportunities.
As a service provider, you must also prominently display the Service Guarantee in all offices and sites, and make it available in accessible formats, for example, screen reading software, enlarged font and audio, to job seekers and workers with disability.
