IT OUTAGE

The Department of Jobs and Small Business (DJSB) will be implementing significant IT systems changes to support the legislative and Employment changes commencing from 1 July 2018.

The Department will start the IT release process on Thursday 28 June 2018 at 19:00 (AEST) through to the morning of Monday 2 July. Importantly, a number of Employment Systems that link to the JobAccess Secure site will not be available to users during this time.

As a consequence, users will not be able to lodge, view or update applications for Employment Assistance Fund and the Supported Wage System. All enquiries relating to this IT outage should be directed to the DJSB Employment Systems Service Desk on 1300 305 520.
