JobAccess Service - Christmas Closure Advice

JobAccess will close on Friday 22 December 2017 and reopen on Tuesday 2 January 2018. Access to JobAccess services will not be possible during this time, including for the lodgement of applications for the Employment Assistance Fund and the Supported Wage System.

JobAccess – Complaints Referral and Resolution Services (CRRS) and the National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline (the Hotline)

CRRS and the Hotline will close on Friday 22 December 2017 and reopen on Wednesday 27 December 2017 through to Friday 29 December 2017. Normal hours of operation will resume Tuesday 2 January 2018.

Hours of operation will be:

Monday – Friday 9.00am – 7.00pm AEDST
Saturday – Sunday Closed
Public Holidays Closed
