JobAccess Service – Christmas Closure Advice

JobAccess will close from Tuesday 24 December 2019, 12:30pm and reopen Thursday 2 January 2020.’ Access to JobAccess services will not be possible during this time, including for the lodgement of applications for the Employment Assistance Fund and the Supported Wage System.

JobAccess – Complaints Referral and Resolution Services (CRRS) and the National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline (the Hotline)

CRRS and the Hotline will close from Wednesday 25 December 2019 and reopen on Friday 27 December 2019 through to Tuesday 31 December 2019. Normal hours of operation will resume Thursday 2 January 2020.

Hours of operation will be:

• Monday – Friday         9.00am – 7.00pm AEDST

• Saturday – Sunday     Closed

• Public Holidays           Closed
