Code of Practice for service providers

Employment service providers funded by the Australian Government must follow the Employment Services Code of Practice. This sets out the principles and standards for delivering employment services.

The Code of Practice includes that providers commit to:

• working with clients, employees, sub-contractors and other providers to provide quality services
• helping each job seeker find a job
• helping employers find employees.
