Service Guarantee of service providers
Providers of Inclusive Employment Australia and National Panel of Assessors (NPA) funded by the Australian Government have service guarantees they must meet.
As part of the transition from Disability Employment Services to Inclusive Employment Australia, we are currently reviewing and updating the documents and resources available on the JobAccess website. We encourage you to check back regularly for the latest information.
Inclusive Employment Australia Service Guarantee
Inclusive Employment Australia providers must provide a high level of service to people with disability. They must:
- carry out employment services at or above the minimum standards set by their Inclusive Employment Australia – Service Guarantee
- tailor their services to the situation and background of each client with disability, as well as to the available job opportunities
- display the Service Guarantee in all offices and sites
- make the Service Guarantee available to people with disability in accessible formats – such as screen reading software, larger font and audio.
NPA Service Guarantee
Organisations that carry out NPA assessments commit to following the Disability Employment NPA Service Guarantee. The guarantee sets out the principles and standards for assessment services. It also outlines the services our clients can expect to receive.
