Complete Personnel provides a Disability Employment Service - Disability Management Services (DES-DMS) for Job Seekers with disability living in North Country South Australia. Complete Personnel staff are friendly and experienced Disability Employment professionals, with skills to best support your needs. Our friendly consultants work one-on-one with you to tailor plans that identify your skills and support your employment goals. Our experienced staff work closely with Employers to identify opportunities that best meet your skills and experience, and support Employers to modify the workplace to meet your needs. Complete Personnel provides the following free services to help our clients with disability find and maintain quality employment: · A person-centred approach to develop your skills & provide tools to help you find a job · Help with finding and paying for vocational skills training · Help to overcome barriers to employment · Vocational Assessments & Career Counselling · Customised personal assistance & job matching · Referrals to community support & services · Interpreter Services · Help to build your self confidence · Assistance with resume presentation · Assistance with Language Literacy and Numeracy issues · Assistance with training, including apprenticeships and traineeships · Job in Jeopardy assistance · Ongoing support in the workplace · Workplace-based mentoring Support to access workplace modifications

We work with organisations that support our values for social inclusion and which support the inclusion of people with disability. These partnerships enable sustainable opportunities for our clients. Complete Personnel provides the following free services to employers: · Assessment of your workplace to identify possible opportunities for people with disability · Employer incentives, including wage subsidies and funding for workplace modifications to accommodate the needs of people with disability · Matching of applicants to your needs · Ongoing support and mentoring of our clients to ensure placement success · Workplace inductions and recruitment matched to your specifications · Advertising of vacancies via the Internet and Job Search websites · Assistance with the preparation of Job and Person Specifications · Reference checking · Basic skills testing · Short listing and selection matching your criteria · Notification to unsuccessful applicants · Facilitation of Traineeships and Apprenticeships

We work with a wide range of organisations in Port Augusta to help create effective programs and ensure the best support for our Job Seekers, including: - Bungala Aboriginal Corporation - Port Augusta Youth Centre - Pika Wiya Learning Centre - Tafe SA - Flinders Mental Health Centre and the Young St Centre - Wami Kata Centre - Mission Australia - Access Training Since 1999 we have had an ongoing partnership with the Aboriginal Access Centre and TAFE Regional SA, delivering training and pre-employment programs across regional and remote South Australia. This partnership has resulted in pre-employment programs for Indigenous Australians in the Resources and Mining sector, the Aged care sector and the Health and Community Services sector.

Complete Personnel is a highly-rated Employment Service Provider. We have provided Employment Services for since 1997. Our current case load is over 3000 Job Seekers across South Australia. We specialise in providing employment services in regional and remote South Australia. We have strong connections in the mining and resources sector, and over the past 5 years have developed pre-employment initiatives with some of Australia’s most prominent resource companies, to build opportunities for Job Seekers. Our Director of Indigenous Services has over 20 years’ experience in cultural mentoring and support for Indigenous Job Seekers. His expertise, as well as the expertise of key staff, is utilised by this sector to support their Indigenous human resources.

Complete Personnel began in Port Augusta in 1997 and has been providing recruitment and employment services in South Australia for 15 years. We provide services to all eligible Job Seekers, including: - recently retrenched Job Seekers, - the Long-Term Unemployed, - sole parents, - mature-aged Job Seekers and - young Job Seekers. We have a specialist focus on the needs of Job Seekers in regional and remote South Australia, and have developed long-term relationships with the local communities in which we operate. We specialize in Indigenous employment services, and our commitment and vision for Indigenous Employment Services is a core focus of our company.
