I was contacted by ECHO explaining that I have been on the DES for 24 months and that I would be booted from the service and would need to re-apply to continue with the job network provider and was given the National Customer Service Hotline number for the Department of Education Skills and Employment who did not know what I was talking about and would not be able to help me if this was an issue. I would say more but there is a character limit
