Our job seekers

Joblink Plus offers over 35 years’ experience in delivering employment services tailored to each person. We are well established and advocate on behalf of people with complex disabilities to find meaningful work they are passionate about. Our staff are passionate advocates for improving the lives of the disadvantaged in their local towns & have solid relationships with community partners to deliver a dependable level of service that is centred on the needs of the individual. Since 2009, Joblink Plus has helped over 2,500 people with disability into work through individualised support and helping to realise their aspirations and secure sustainable, quality Employment. Our DES Job Placement Consultants tailor personal development, job search activities and vocational skills delivery to the career objectives of each person. We take into account every aspect of a person's life to design a solution to suit each person's individual needs. What sets Joblink Plus apart is our personal approach - our Job Placement Consultants are with our participants every step of the way, guiding, empowering and helping each person achieve their potential. Our employers

We have productive, tangible partnerships with Employers and our servicing is based on honesty, reliability and responsiveness; understanding their business and finding the right person for the job; utilising all available initiatives to tailor a solution. We deliver solutions for all size businesses with relationships across all industries from national and international companies to small, local Employers. Our Job Placement Consultants possess extensive experience and understanding of the labour market and developing employment trends. They’ll address your individual recruitment needs, business structure and staff skills; future training and development; post-placement and mentoring services. Employers can utilise their expertise when hiring as Joblink Plus can organise advertising for the position, screen applicants according to the business requirements and undertake interviews on site or at Joblink Plus’ interview facilities. The service is of no cost to you, and is available to any business. Joblink Plus works closely with local employers to understand their needs.

Joblink Plus has always promoted economic and social participation for our participants through partnerships and collaboration. Complementary community organisations & stakeholders are vital to providing individualised and specialist assistance to our DES-ESS participants. Joblink Plus promotes economic and social participation for all. We know that this can’t be done in isolation and have an established network of community partners to support job seekers across Regional NSW. We have an established network of community partners including physical & mental health, complementary disability services, GPs & rehab providers, social interaction agencies, charities, councils, education & training institutions, schools, housing services, Indigenous agencies, youth services. “Joblink Plus has been working within a strong partnership model over many years, including active participation in community consultations in preparation for improved services. We are regarded as a leading provider of employment services, having delivered services for over 35 years and have been successful in expanding our suite of services based on performance excellence. We deliver services to over 46 per cent of NSW and are dedicated to delivering local and personal services to each of our communities. Since 2009 Joblink Plus has helped 28,783 people looking for work and given meaningful employment opportunities to 16,884 people. For over 35 years Joblink Plus has committed to building the aspirations of the most disadvantaged in our communities. We’re a not-for-profit organisation delivering Employment and community-based programs to over 46% of NSW across 40 permanent locations. Beginning as a drop-in centre, we’ve evolved into a diverse organisation, providing employment, welfare and accredited training to build the social and economic capacity of over 80 communities.
