Every person is unique and we will tailor our service to meet your individual needs and help you to progress along your pathway into employment. We achieve great success in gaining long term employment for our clients.

· Providing advice on employment pathways to reach your short term and long term goal of employment.
· By completing a comprehensive Employment Pathway Plan and Employment Assistance Plan that is individualised to you.

· Having dedicated, qualified staff with many years’ experience in the disability sector that will work with you every step of the way through your journey into employment and independence.

Our employers
Essential Personnel is a free recruitment solution for employers. Our experienced Employment Consultants work closely with employers to understand their business needs and match the right employee to meet that need. We have extensive experience working with all sizes of business in wide and diverse ranges of industries.
Other free services:
· Assistance with screening potential employees to lessen the recruitment burden for employers.
· Attending interviews with job seeker and employers as required.
· One on One support for job seekers as required.
· Work experience to assess the suitability of our clients for the needed role.

Essential Personnel has consistently achieved star ratings in the top 20% of Disability Employment Services Australia wide.
Since 1997 we have assisted over 1600 and have secured over 1300 jobs for people with intellectual, learning, physical, sensory, psychiatric and neurological disabilities. These clients have a diverse range of skills and abilities and we have assisted the clients to engage, gain and maintain employment and training of their choice.
Since 2010, out of 90 direct registrations job seekers, 78 gained employment and 67 are still employed today

About us
Essential Personnel has more than 18 years’ experience in the disability employment sector. We established its first office in the region of the Central Wheatbelt of Western Australia in 1989. We identified a need and gap to clients with disabilities in remote and regional areas. Today we are the longest serving employment agency in the Central Wheatbelt area. We have built strong lasting relationships with employers and other community organisation to better assist people with disabilities to realise their potential and achieve their goals in employment and life.
Since Essential Personnel was established in 1989, our service has expanded and grown into new areas of Western Australia. We currently have full-time offices located in Central Wheatbelt: Northam, Merredin and Moora. Our North Metro Office is located close to public transport in Midland. We also have offices located in Cannington and Armadale servicing the East Metro ESA.
