Our performance

Jobmatch Employment is the longest established and most successful Disability Employment Agency in the region. We have always performed consistently and pride ourselves in offering the best of service to both Employers and Jobseekers. The key to our success is the importance we place in providing support for as long as it is required. This focus has seen Jobmatch Employment clients still in employment more than 25 years after being placed. There are numerous clients with in excess of 10 years service and the repeat business we are offered by employers is indicative of the high regard employers have for the type of service we provide. Another indicator of our success can be seen from the latest Chamber of Commerce Business Awards where Jobmatch Employment was runner up in the Not for Profit Business of the year following being a finalist last year.    

About us

From the dedication and persistence of Special School teachers, parents and People with a Disability back in the early 1990’s Jobmatch Employment was born. From this time, Jobmatch Employment has continually expanded. The recent merging of Jobmatch Gympie and South Burnett Jobmatch into the new Links Community Services (trading as Jobmatch Employment) has provided the stability and experience needed for a Disability Employment Agency to professionally service our many Employers and Jobseekers. Currently Jobmatch Employment has in excess of 30 staff and service an ever growing list of clients. Our staff have a total tenure of more than 150 years of service to Jobmatch Employment. Jobmatch Employment is very proud of this important role we play in our community.
