At Sureway, we seek to understand your needs and provide you with the best opportunity to find employment.  We understand that finding, applying and starting a job can be a daunting task.  That is why Sureway will help you every step of the way by offering you support including assistance with applications, resumes and interview techniques, work preparation courses, and assistance in developing job search strategies.

How will Sureway find me a job? We work with an extensive network of employers in the retail, hospitality, business, health, aged care, child care, agriculture, building, warehousing, mining and manufacturing sectors, and more.  Whether it’s full-time work, part-time work, casual work, a traineeship or apprenticeship, we can help you. Through our extensive network of employers we are committed to matching your skills with the right job.

How will Sureway support me in a job? Sureway will continue to support once you are placed in employment through regular contact, training suited to your role, assistance to declare to Centrelink, and other support you may require to keep your job.

At Sureway we work with you to understand your current and future workforce requirements and tailor our services to ensure you’re getting exactly what you need.

Our skilled staff will help find the best person for your business by understanding your unique needs:

• We’ll use our extensive network of job seekers to provide a short-list of work-ready candidates, including available subsidies, incentives and available programs
• We’ll manage your vacancies, screen applicants and assist with interviews
• We can assist with licences, training and pre-employment checks and medicals
• We will also continue to support you throughout the employment, as required

You will also receive the continuing support you need for disability candidates including on-site support, access to our call centre, ongoing training for your candidates, assistance with claiming subsidies, and more.

Sureway has established networks within all of the communities in which we operate. We have the ability to connect our clients with community groups and other support agencies to ensure they can reach their full potential in life and work.

We hold extensive relationships with industry associations, large and small labour hire companies, apprenticeship centres, traineeship centres, business enterprise centres, local chambers of commerce, local government, regional development boards, local health services, support agencies, not-for-profits, and Centrelink. We understand what is happening in our local communities and this helps us to match the right people to the right jobs. Our networks enable us to deliver the best quality service to our job seekers and employers.

Our performance

Over the last 25 years Sureway grown to be one of the leading employment services providers in the country. Specialising in regional, remote and rural communities, Sureway has consistently demonstrated high levels of performance and service quality, which has enabled us to also succeed in metropolitan areas.

From July 1 2018, our Disability Employment Services (DES) network will expand to cover 82 locations across 19 regions.

We have placed our clients into over 12,000 jobs in the past 12 months and expect to see great increases on this number with the expansion of our servicing regions and our continuing commitment to finding local jobs for local people.

Sureway’s innovative approach to employment and training was recognised by the Government in 2008 with the NESA National Award for Excellence in Innovation. Sureway works closely with industry to deliver relevant training to job seekers that meets the needs of local employers.

In 2011, Sureway was recognised by the Community Services Health Industry Skills Council as a “best practice” training provider for providing quality training to job seekers to meet the employment needs of the age care industry.

About us

From 1998, we were contracted to deliver employment services to clients on behalf of the Federal Government firstly in rural, regional and remote NSW. Subsequently, Sureway grew to provide services in rural and regional Victoria and South Australia metropolitan and regional areas. Our expertise in employment and training enabled us to provide support to our clients in their quest to achieve sustainable employment. We continue to capitalise on our established knowledge of local industry by identifying the skills in demand and tailoring training for clients to meet local labour market’s requirements. This best positions our clients to take up employment opportunities in their local community.

• meeting the needs of employers by providing skilled applicants, tailored services and localised assistance.
