About us

At Hunter LabourForce Solutions we are very proud of our performance ... but ultimately our jobseekers and employers are the winners! We pride ourselves on our customer focus; we get a real kick out of celebrating your achievements with you. Nothing has quite as much potential to make a difference in a person’s life than getting a job! Check out the Performance tab, to see how our performance rates compared to other providers. We are dedicated to bridging the gap in workplace participation between those with and without a disability. We do this ‘one job at a time’. ‘One job at a time’, we show jobseekers that they really do have it within themselves to stretch for and reach their goals. We believe in our jobseekers, and we show them real strategies that help them to find strength within themselves and believe that they can reach their goals. ‘One job at a time’, we demonstrate to employers that just because someone has a disability or barrier, it doesn’t mean that they are any less capable than the next person. ‘One job at a time’ we give employers a positive experience to associate with disability, and in doing so we contribute to changing perceptions, and breaking down some of the myths associated with employing people with a disability. Our biggest asset by far are our staff, they are a diverse, passionate, friendly, focussed and quirky group of people who are in the job for more than the job, they are here to make a difference!
