We deliver employment services from more than 400 locations nationally and have access to more than 40,000 people looking for work.

Our employment consultants know their local area and work closely with job seekers and employees to understand the demands of the job market.

Our comprehensive service for employers includes:

As a trusted provider of Australian Government employment programs, APM has been awarded additional contracts for both Disability Employment Services and jobactive in 2018.
With changes to Disability Employment Services from 1 July 2018, APM has been trusted with 32 new contracts. This has led to more than 100 additional locations to deliver support to more job seekers than any other provider.
When it comes to helping job seekers, we have some of the highest star ratings in the country, with 95 per cent of contract locations rated 3 stars or above.
Earlier in 2018, APM also expanded jobactive services with new offices in Western Australia.

Our story began in 1994 with our founder Megan Wynne's passion for helping others and making a difference in the world.
APM initially started by offering rehabilitation services to companies in Western Australia and has grown to become an international provider of employment, disability, assessment, health and injury management services in more than 400 locations across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Every year we help thousands of Australians find or keep a job and get support to better manage the challenges that occur along the way.
