From previous comment: I said I could come in next week, he said he wouldn’t be available til the week after. Honestly, I’m use to job coaches just giving me a day and time to come in again. I thought my job coach would be more organised. I felt like I was the job coach and he was my client. I just hope from here on in, this agency is useful

I haven’t even done my initial appointment and I’m already under the impression that this business is unorganised. - I’ve called their number on this website three times and wasn’t able to get through - the only number that works is the free caller - I had to rebook my initial appt because I was looking after my dad with a disability and my job coach asked for my availability. I said the next day, he said he couldn’t do it.
