Not happy with this provider, tells me one thing but tells my nominee something totally different. I submit my job search on time to my provider but they lodge it late & I get suspended plus a demerit, provider then fixes it after my nominee calls them. It still looks bad for me though, so my nominee is assisting me in changing providers.
