I am confused as I am volunteering at the National Cartoon Gallery as per my approved job plan and have been told by Centrelink that my mutual obligations have been suspended as long as I am volunteering but I am still being required to be interviewed by OCTEC. I was told by Centrelink that I was not under OCTEC while I am volunteering. Please clarify my situation.
