Our networks

Flourish Australia provides an comprehensive range of community-based mental health services operating from over 60 sites across the Sydney Metro Area, NSW and Qld. Along with our employment services – which include Disability Employment Services (DES), School Leavers Employment Supports (SLES) and supported employment in Australian Disability Enterprises (ADE) - we also provide support relating to accommodation, accessing social and recreational activities, NDIS coordination of services, physical health and wellness and services specifically for youth, women, men, LGBTI, Aboriginal people and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse groups.

We recognise that sustaining employment long-term and taking care of your mental health can often be best served by a holistic approach. We work closely with Community Mental Health and Local Health Districts, Medical Practitioners, Government Agencies and other not-for-profit organisations. We can work with you to develop the right network of support to maintain your wellness and reach your goals.

Flourish Australia supports people living with mental health issues to achieve their goals and dreams in life and at work. When it comes to finding a job we are the mental health specialists, providing Disability Employment Services (DES) across Sydney and parts of regional NSW and School Leavers Employment Supports (SLES) in South-West Sydney. We support people living with mental health issues to find a job and keep it.
