We are in the business of helping employers build a diverse workforce and find suitable employees with capabilities suited to your role.

We can assist you in accessing government funding for equipment and/or adjustments that your employee needs to support their medical barriers so they can succeed and feel comfortable at work

We provide access to skilled support workers and vocational coaches to help staff learn their workplace responsibilties as well as offer you and your staff training programs aimed at increasing awareness about disability and mental illness

If one of your current employeees falls ill or is injured we can also assist you adjust and make any changes to get them back to work sooner
