Our job seekers

As a registered Disability Employment Service provider, we walk alongside each of our clients on their employment journey. Together we co-design a range of personalised pre-employment supports to assist you to get ready for work.

Supports such as help with writing a resumé, applying for jobs, preparing for interviews, or accessing the right training to gain the skills needed for your ideal job. Our aim is to enable you to gain the confidence you need to connect to employment opportunities.

Once you are in the workplace, we continue our person-centred approach by working in partnership with each client and their employer to provide the tailored support, training and advice that ensures a successful outcome for everyone. This can include organising workplace modifications, speaking to co-workers or managers on their behalf, or providing whatever support is needed to deal with challenges and get you back on track.

We have four sites offering services across the Perth Metropolitan area, offering individualised support when you need it.

Every person’s journey towards employment looks different. We can assist you at one of our offices, meet you at a convenient location or support you in your role at your workplace.

Our employers

At Edge we provide employers with the right advice, support and training to be able to confidently recruit and successfully employ people with disability. This includes sourcing the ideal candidate, supporting the HR team, and getting new employees job-ready.

We also offer tailored training services to suit each employer. These are designed to support employers to build confidence across their workplace, as well as promoting an inclusive, accepting and safe culture that increases productivity and positivity.

After placing someone in employment, we continue to provide support to the employee as long as we’re needed – which can be weeks, months or even years. It’s this commitment that has seen our placements achieve an average tenure of 40 months.

With 40 years of experience behind us, the Edge team is well-equipped with tools and strategies to help employers overcome any challenges that may arise.

Financial incentives for your business: Employing a person with disability can help you to boost workplace culture, strengthen diversity and align your business more closely with local communities. There are also a number of financial incentives available to support your business.
