Our employers

At Edge we provide employers with the right advice, support and training to be able to confidently recruit and successfully employ people with disability. This includes sourcing the ideal candidate, supporting the HR team, and getting new employees job-ready.

We also offer tailored training services to suit each employer. These are designed to support employers to build confidence across their workplace, as well as promoting an inclusive, accepting and safe culture that increases productivity and positivity.

After placing someone in employment, we continue to provide support to the employee as long as we’re needed – which can be weeks, months or even years. It’s this commitment that has seen our placements achieve an average tenure of 40 months.

With 40 years of experience behind us, the Edge team is well-equipped with tools and strategies to help employers overcome any challenges that may arise.

Financial incentives for your business: Employing a person with disability can help you to boost workplace culture, strengthen diversity and align your business more closely with local communities. There are also a number of financial incentives available to support your business.
