Our networks

The Personnel Group maintains very strong and beneficial relationships with many service providers and employers.  We have a dedicated team who oversee both employer and service provider networks, and maintain these relationships by providing regular updates about our services and participants.

We also have an embedded Community Champions program, which includes over 700 employers and service providers who voluntarily choose The Personnel Group as their primary provider.

All service providers are account managed through a CRM, and some our teams also work with and within the same building as service providers businesses, to support the transition of people with a disability or mental health condition into our service.

Our way of delivering services through My Future My Choice, clearly dictates responses and actions our team undertakes to maintain business relationships, as well as representing the ethos driving our service.  We put the people that we support at the centre of everything we do and strive to give them genuine choice and control of their service.

Our performance

The Personnel Group performs in the mid range across all our sites.  Within the government’s assessment system, we sit in the 3 star band.

Outside of this assessment, The Personnel Group works tirelessly to assist our jobseekers at their pace – sometimes this is detrimental to our assessed performance.  We don’t mind this, as our service is solely built around assisting people and employers individually, and if that takes time, that’s ok by us.

Our Purpose is to ‘create equality through employment’ and that is achieved by ensuring that we supporting a jobseeker into employment you have the best opportunity for success.  Sometimes it takes longer than the norm for you to be ‘work ready’ and we will keep working with you until you’re ready.

We commence over 500 people into employment each year.

We have people with a disability or mental health condition registered with us who have been in employment for 20 years or more.  This is the level of our service, we are there for you, and if that impedes our performance, that’s ok.

Everything we do is focused on assisting you to gain and maintain your employment.
