We are different to other job providers because we pro-actively support you throughout the entire process. From training, and quality job matching, to on-the-job support and after placement support. We can assist in upskilling, travel training, transport and clothing assistance, employer liaison, work place modifications, and a range of other valuable resources to help you maintain meaningful and sustainable employment. Myhorizon are solution focused, and we work closely with employers to identify their needs and match the most suitable candidates for roles within their organisation. We have years of experience where we have developed trust and reliability with a range of employers we work with across a variety of industries.

We are known for our integrity as an employment provider, delivering successful partnerships between employers and jobseekers where we continue to provide support to employers even after a successful job placement. We also assist employers to access various wage subsidies and workplace support programs for eligible participants.

Myhorizon have strong connections and partnerships with employers and local community groups so we can ensure our jobseekers are placed into the right job with the right training, with our ongoing support to maximise their success.

Some of our community connections include Redland Chamber of Commerce, Bayside Bulletin, Special Schools and Secondary Special Education units, NDIA, early childhood services, indigenous supports, allied health professionals, and LGBTIQ Organisations.

We cover a large area of the greater Brisbane region with our Employment and Training offices at Capalaba, Cleveland, Dunwich, Stones Corner, Upper Mount Gravatt, and Wynnum.

Recently awarded 5 STARS as an organisation for our Disability Employment Services, Myhorizon has a consistent and strong track record in the delivery of quality DES programs. Regular internal and external quality assurance and compliance audits ensure that our service delivery exceeds expectations of both our clients and employers, however we constantly strive for improvement.

Myhorizon has a pro-active approach to employment, and is able to respond quickly to changes in local and national labour market trends, and employer needs. We have high job retention rates and continue to support our clients in their long term, sustainable jobs.
