Our performance

Afford DES focuses on employability to make sure jobseekers continuously gain new skills and improve their on-the-job performance.

“Because of my surgery, I had to rethink the kind of work I was able to apply for. The DES team helped me with that – they asked me what I’d like to do, we reshuffled my resume, I got tips on interviews, then a job I was interested in opened up at Afford so I applied for it. When I finally got the letter saying ‘Welcome to Afford’ I cheered. I’m so grateful to have been given the opportunity and to have been supported through the process,” – said Trish.
