They're just like every other provider, only they pretend to care rather than being honest and making it clear they don't.

In my years of experience providers have done me more harm than good and because of this I can't trust any of them. The only reason I show up to appointments now is that if I don't I will be suspended. Tania was the only consultant who showed me any compassion and it was because of her I thought Campbell Page might be different. I was wrong. I never know what I'll be told or who I'll be dealing with from one appointment to the next. I'm fed up. Depression/anxiety is hard enough.
They are unable or unwilling to understand that in order to help someone you have to understand what the problem is. I keep trying to explain my situation but they ignore me repeatedly. Every experience I've had with providers taught me not to trust them at all because all they do is hurt me. Campbell Page refuses to understand the impact this has had on me; that it has eroded what little confidence I had. How can I convince an employer I'm right for the job if I can't believe it myself? Fed up.
It's been extremely frustrating trying to convey to Campbell Page just how debilitating my depression/anxiety is. They repeatedly draw their own incorrect conclusions or ignore me totally. For a DES, they're totally ignorant of why clients are with them!! My consultants were totally unaware of my issues and when I tried to inform them, they gave no indication they even wanted to know. I wasted my breath trying get them to understand my situation, they couldn't care less. I'm tired of all of it.

Our Health Support Services Team are made up of qualified allied Health professional who can assist or link you with local services. We also LOVE feedback, so if there is a service you’re after and we don’t have a partner that can help, we’ll find one!

Supporting people is what we do and we’ve been doing it for over 35 years! Every action we take is dedicated to preparing people for work and engaging local communities to create, capture and connect people to jobs.
The issues at CP are the same you face with all providers - You'll eventually find a very dedicated and talented person who "gets" your situation and you experience brief elation with things finally connecting. At this moment, your worker will either move to a different location, or exit the company entirely because their skills are not being utilized or appreciated and you'll have to explain your defects to a new person. Campbell Page are good people and I feel sorry for bothering them so much
